• Good professional ethics and team collaboration spirit

Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior executive-level talents
• Leverage extensive personal network to proactively identify and approach qualified candidates
• Assess candidates’ capabilities and qualifications, and recommend the most suitable ones to clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in high-end talent headhunting or related fields
• Familiar with the characteristics and evaluation methods of senior-level candidates
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as strong execution ability
• Rich personal network and proactive communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze talent market data to provide data support and insights
• Utilize data mining techniques to optimize talent search and matching algorithms
• Provide data support for decision-making to enhance the accuracy of recruitment services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, in majors such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or HR data mining
• Proficient in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization skills
• Good at problem-solving, logical thinking, and fast learning
• Understand the dynamics and trends of the HR industry

 

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage talent recruitment projects for different clients
• Develop and monitor project progress to ensure on-time and quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient achievement of project goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with project management or related majors preferred
• 3+ years of experience in talent recruitment project management
• Skilled in project management tools and methodologies
• Proven expertise in planning, collaboration, and issue resolution
• Outstanding time management and cost control capabilities
